Carmack Residence
2006 - Columbus, OH
with Lincoln Street Studio
This single-family residence was the first of four homes designed as part of a redevelopment of a multi-parcel lot purchased by the architects. The clients requested a home which would mesh well with the surrounding historic district while containing a light and open interior. Trusses between the first and second floors allow for a continuous flow from the kitchen, dining area, and living room downstairs and even up to the master bedroom upstairs.
