This 2000 sq ft itHouse is the first model that combines traditional itHouse components with cast in place concrete. The juxtaposition of light glass walls with heavy concrete partitions creates a dynamic visual tension between spaces and allows for multiple layers of privacy throughout the house. The project is planned to begin construction late in early 2011.
